Gerald appreciates the beauty of an old home and it shows. This is a very pleasant and welcoming apartment. The beds are very comfortable, there are amenities like coffee and if you need anything the host is just a message away. The downstairs neighbors were super quiet too, and we loved the dog friendly fenced in yard as well.

I texted asking for a lat minute stay at Gerald's place. He answered right away and I was booked and in the lovely home within 30 minutes

Gerald’s AirBnB is a gem indeed. It’s in a very peaceful and quiet neighborhood within minutes of UF Gainesville (Go Gators) and downtown. For a 90 plus year old it sure is in great shape. If you have dogs, book this place bc the yard is big enough to keep them busy. I recommend it.

Very comfortable and clean. Location is super for accessing UF campus just a short drive away . Big open kitchen.

My dog and I stayed for a night en route to another city and the house was exactly what we were hoping for. The fenced yard was perfect and much appreciated. Everything was very comfortable!
